REFUND POLICY

Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly placed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

There is no refund policy as the system provides an immediate e-receipt, which is also an 80G Tax Exemption receipt that the donor can claim from the Income Tax Department. Since there is no way to recall/cancel an e-receipt, there cannot be a refund for any contribution made on the Z.D.C Welfare Foundation Website.

If any in-kind support is received from the donor from anywhere, the material will be reached to the poorest of the poorer communities.

• All donations received will be used for charitable activities, community development, sponsorship of children education, and women development projects.
